Today is one of my favorite days of the year.
Today is my son’s birthday and I love celebrating that wonderful day in our lives.

It’s cloudy-hot-humid today!
I can’t think about work or anything but being in the beach, swimming in the ocean…
And I think it’s only around 90˚F .
I’ll keep you posted if I do any work today.
Maybe I’ll keep myself busy with cleaning the house.

It’s hot today! Makes me want to go to Ensenada and hit the beach!
I went to a wonderful wedding last weekend in Ensenada and it was great: the weather, the food, the beach and my friend getting married and looking amazing.
It’s good to live in Baja. :)

Hace calor hoy! Me dan ganas de ir a Ensenada y hecharme en la playa.
La semana pasada fui a una linda boda en Ensenada a un lado de la playa y estuvo buenísima: la comida, el clima, la playa y mi amiga que se veía hermosa.
Hay cosas buenas de vivir en la Baja.

Me encanta el tema de la nueva serie de libretas de Zuñiga & Co.
Siempre que necesito una libreta nueva, busco una con hojas en blanco porque la verdad eso de las lineas nunca me ha gustado.

I forgot to share this bag. I was waiting for the person it was for to receive it because it was a surprise (a custom made gift a customer ordered) and I didn’t want to spoil it in case the recipient read this blog. Anyways, here it is! It’s a combination of colors and fabric I wouldn’t have thought by myself because it’s not in the line of what I usually do and I liked the outcome a lot. Very different and cheerful.

Olvidé compartir esta bolsa con ustedes.
REalmente estaba esperando a que la persona para quien era (o es) la recibiera porque era una sorpresa (pedido especial de un cliente para dar como regalo) y no quería arruinarla en caso de que esa persona leyera el blog. En fin, aquí está! Es una combinación de colores y telas que normalmente no se me hubiera ocurrido por mi sola porque no va en linea con lo que usualmente hago y eso me gustó. Muy diferente y alegre.

I’m not gone.. just got caught up in the heat and house related things.

I’m still here and working and thinking of posting lots of new things! I just need to do a better photoshot of every bag and everything’s ready! yeah! finally!

No me he ido a ninguna parte, aqui sigo solo que me distraigo con tanto calor y los quehaceres de la casa.
Sigo trabajando con las bolsas y muchas mochilas para ya por fin mostrar y tener disponibles a la venta. Solo me falta tomar unas mejores fotos y listo!

It’s finally saturday and i’m planing on staying home all day.
Well.. maybe i’ll take a walk later today…
I have a few things I want to do today: I want to clean the house, there’s a pile of yesterday’s dirty dishes I want to take care of, I want to sew a maxi dress with a lovely grey light fabric I got a few weeks ago, finish another dress I have almost done, sew a few more bags I have cut out and ready, feed my plants with ibrahim’s help and, to top it all off, bake a pizza and watch a movie.

Finalmente es sábado y tengo planeado quedarme en casa todo el día..
Bueno, tal vez salgo a caminar un ratito.
Tengo algunas cosas que quiero hacer hoy: limpiar la casa, lavar los platos que no lave anoche y me están esperando atentamente, coser un vestido con una tela gris muy bonita y suave que conseguí hace unas semanas, terminar otro vestido que está casi al 100%, coser un par de bolsas que tengo listas, chiquear a mis plantas un rato con ayuda de ibrahim y, para acabar con broche de oro, hornear una pizza y ver una película.
